Manuel “Manny” Linares, Esq.
Manuel “Manny” Linares is a skilled litigator with experience in First Party Practice. Before joining Ged Lawyers, Manny was an Associate Attorney for the largest and most prestigious insurance defense firms in the State of Florida, where he concentrated his practice in general civil litigation, primarily in the area of auto insurance litigation, commercial property losses, and vehicle negligence. Manny assisted insurance companies in matters involving allegations of breach of contract and SIU insurance fraud defense.
After the most recent hurricanes hit Florida, Manny was brought over to join the First Party Property department within Ged Lawyers, LLP.
He now works to protect the community from the strategies used by Insurance companies to deny claims without furnishing proper explanations, delay of claims, and underpayment of insurance benefits.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami, where he was a double major in Political Science and International Relations. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University College of Law. He also served in the United States Army for eight years, receiving training and acquiring invaluable principles. Manny is fluent in Spanish and is licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
Manny is married and has two beautiful daughters. He exemplifies the definition of being a family man. He enjoys taking his family to the local theme parks, horseback riding, and hiking. He is an advent hiker who enjoys camping and hunting.
